The Telangana Housing Board proposed to conduct “Public Auction” for Disposal of Vacant open plots Residential & Commercial and Vacant Houses at various locations in Housing Board Colony at Kanteshwar(V), Nizamabad North (M), Nizamabad District under the Jurisdiction of Executive Engineer(Hg), Nizamabad Division on “as is where is condition” at “S.S.Function Hall”, Housing Board Colony, Kanteshwar, Nizamabad Division on dt:16-10-2025 from 11.30 AM onwards. Due to unforeseen circumstances, if the auction date happens to be holiday, the same will be conducted on next working day. The details of vacant open plots and houses to be auctioned are as follows
